a. HOW IS BETHANY’S STYLE AISLE ABLE TO OFFER SUCH GREAT PRICES?

BSA is able to offer the great, discounted prices that you see listed because we spend an enormous amount of time at consignment shops, flea markets and sales searching for your favorite brands and most unique vintage items. Most items are second hand but in like new condition. Any blemish or imperfection is listed in the item's description with a price that reflects the item's condition. In addition, we always check prices online to make sure that you are getting the best deal possible when you shop with Bethany.

 

b. WHAT BETHANY LINGO IS USED ON THE SITE?

Bethany uses some abbreviations to describe items. Some of these are:

  • BNWT- Brand new with tags
  • BNWOT- Brand new without tags
  • TTS- True to size
  • EUC- Excellent used condition
  • GUC- Good used condition
  • IMO- In my opinion; Bethany’s opinion that is
  • RV- Retail value

 c. HOW DO I REQUEST A SPECIFIC ITEM?

If you’re looking for something specific and don’t see it on the site, please click Contact Us and let us know the following. We can’t promise we can find what you’re searching for but we pass on a lot of items that we can purchase if we know someone wants them.

  • What you’re looking for including size (if applicable), color and style.
  • How much you are willing to spend.

 

d. CAN I SUGGEST A BRAND THAT I’D LOVE TO SEE ON BETHANY’S STYLE AISLE?

Absolutely. If you have a suggestion for a brand you’d like to see or want to see more of a certain item, please click Contact Us on our site and let us know.

 

e. AN ITEM THAT I WANT IS SOLD OUT. WILL IT EVER BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN?

Because we specialize in unique goods and often only have 1 of each item, it is difficult for us to make the item available again. However, if you miss out on something you love, please reach out to us using the Contact Us on our site and tell us about the item. We will try to get it for you.

 

f. WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO @bethanystylepage ON INSTAGRAM?

Bethany’s Style Aisle started on Instagram as @bethanystylepage. @Bethanystylepage still exists and is not going away. We will continue to post our items for sale on both our website and @bethanystylepage. You can user whichever platform is easier for you. Many of our loyal customers prefer scrolling through items on @bethanystylepage while others prefer the searching capabilities of a traditional website. You should pick your poison as they say. Promotional events and give-aways will continue to be available to those who follow @bethanystylepage. Be sure to stay tuned because you won't want to miss those!

 

2. ACCOUNT

a. HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

Click on My Account and then Change Password. We will send you a reset password link by email.

 

b. I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?

Click on My Account and then Forgot My Password. Enter your email address and we will send you an email to reset your password.

 

c. HOW DO I ADD OR UPDATE MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Click on "My account" and then click on "View/Edit address" next to the address you want to change. The address will appear. Then click on edit.

 

3. ORDERS

a. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT’S BEEN PLACED?

Because orders are generally shipped within 1 business day of receipt, it is not usually possible for us to make changes or cancellations once you’ve placed it. However, our 30-day returns policy allows you to easily send back any item that is not what you wanted. Please visit our Returns page to learn more.

 

b. WILL YOU COLLECT SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?

We're required by law to collect state sales tax on all orders shipped to Texas. Applicable sales tax will be added to your order at the time of check out.

 

c. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major U.S. credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover). You may also pay for your purchase using your PayPal account.

 

4. SHIPPING

a. DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Shipping within the United States is free on all orders over $100.

 

b. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Most of our orders within the 50 United States are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority two-day shipping with tracking. Our shipping rates are based on the value of your order and vary from $5.05 to $10.96. We do not make any profit on these shipping charges. For orders outside the USA, additional shipping rates apply.
